仔細看看香港 : Closer Look at Hong Kong (Day 2 of our adventure) 1.1
It’s another day in the City of Life and I have so many things, places and people to see and meet. Waking up with a great view and waking up seeing busy people immediately set me to a good mood to explore Hong Kong.
For our breakfast, we had a sumptuous meal at Cafe de Coral located at the basement of Rambler Garden Hotel, Tsing Yi at around 7 am since we the tour guide fetched us at around 8 am. An hour for breakfast plus toilet routines is a good time for us to prep things up.

Cafe de Coral has been considered by other bloggers who went to Hong Kong as one of the best resto in the region because it has the best tasting foods and it is affordable. Now that’s what we call legit Hong Kong Taste without spending too much (unlike in other Hong Kong cuisine restos in Iloilo or Manila)
After our morning routine, it’s time to check out to our hotel, Rambler Oasis. Though we only spent one night, it was a great experience. Now we’re off to start our itinerary. And our first stop: Avenue of Stars Hong Kong.

Just some pose with the First stop of the Avenue of the Stars.

Just some wacky pose with Ate Chesca. Wai Chai, our official photographer that time, loved our wacky pose.
In the Avenue of the Stars, you’ll get to see the hand prints of Hong Kong’s artists. Artists include directors, actors, musicians, cartoon characters, dancers and more.
Well, if we’re going to talk about Hong Kong Movies, who wouldn’t know the legendary Bruce Lee?

This is my “NOOO I’m not the enemy here Mr. Lee” pose. For a few people who don’t know this guy, Bruce Lee is a Martial Artist and an actor. He was the one who introduced the beauty of martial arts in America, Europe.. well, WORLDWIDE actually.

Finally reunited with my long lost sibling, McDull!! HAHAHA If America has Mickey Mouse, Hong Kong has McDull. Everyone in Hong Kong knows who this cartoon character is! McDull is one adorable character.
Anyone of you here knows, Chow Yun Fat, Jet Li, and another legend, JACKIE CHAN? Avenue of the Stars have ‘em all here!

Famous actor and Martial Artist, Jet Li

Some of the FAQs here is that: “Why is it that Chow Yun Fat doesn’t have any hand print here?” The answer is simple, he acording to our tour guide, he said the place was really for those who make money ans he said that he’s just an artist not someone who earns millions. And I was like “Really? Seriously Mr. Chow Yun Fat?”

And the ever famous JACKIE CHAN’s hand print. No wonder why he’s good in Martial Arts, just look at the size of his hands!
After strolling around the Avenue of the Stars, Wai Chai decided to take a photo of us with the Hong Kong skyscrapers as our background.

I feel lucky to have a great shot not only because of the skyscrapers behind me but also this yacht on my left (on your right). Seeing the picture (disregard me there) sums up of what HK is.. and that is Modernly Luxurious.

How about a picture perfect shot with Ate Chesca? Thanks to Wai Chai, our official photographer.
